Different organizations have different needs and requirements so
contracts are negotiated and terms discussed that are suitable to all parties. The following is the template
for my standard speaking contract.

Thank you for inviting me to speak at your event. The following
outlines responsibilities of each of us.

The host organization
will:
- Pay Sydney Tremayne the sum of $
in two installments: 50% within 30 days of agreeing to a date with the
balance on the day of the event. The first installment will be non-refundable though a substitution of date
within 12 months will be permitted by arrangement.
- Pay business class air fare or travel
at reasonable cost if other than by air from Sydney Tremayne's home or from another location in North
America if combined with other speaking engagements, accommodation and regular meals, and transportation or
reimbursement for same to and from the host's closest airport. Using a discount service, I may be able to get cheaper airfare than your organization could
obtain. In any case, I will save your organization the effort of
making travel arrangements if your organization will book the hotel.
- Provide suitable facilities for talk and audience
comfort.
- Provide the following equipment:
Lapel Wireless Microphone
Wireless handheld backup microphone
A high
stool or chair on the platform
A bottle of water
Post-event product table
Handouts copied for audience
Means of direct access to audience from stage
An area for changing into special clothing required for stage entrance
- If the program is satisfactory, the event coordinator
agrees to provide Sydney Tremayne with the names and contact information of two associates whose groups may
benefit from booking him. The coordinator also agrees to provide a typed testimonial letter on group,
organization or company letterhead stating a few positive comments about the presentation within 14 days
after the event.
AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
AND PRODUCTION
Recording or video production of Sydney Tremayne's
presentation(s) is permitted under the following conditions:

Recording or video is for the non-profit use of the Organization, or to
provide to attendees as a bonus, or promotion for future conferences.

Organization shall provide the master copy and edited copy of the final
product to Sydney Tremayne once duplicates are produced.

With written authorization of Sydney Tremayne, the recording or video may
be sold for charity or as a fundraiser within one year of the event with all proceeds of the sale going
to the charity or fundraiser.

Regardless of the preceding conditions, all rights to production,
content, and sale of the recording of the video belong to the Sydney Tremayne, and any proceeds from
the sale of the recordings or video after the one year shall be remitted to him unless otherwise
agreed.

O rganization understands and agrees
that the original content of Sydney Tremayne's presentation is copyrighted.
Speaker will:
- Speak on the agreed topic for 45- 90-minutes or as agreed
depending on the number of questions asked by the audience
- Offer to take questions unless the Organizer does not wish
this
- Be available on the day before for media interviews if
required
- Speak with community or other groups on the day of the
event if required
- Provide any other service agreed upon in
advance
STANDARD
PROVISIONS

Modifications All modifications to this agreement shall be in writing and communicated by mail or
electronic transmission. This contract may be modified or rescinded only in writing and signed by the
parties.

Assignments and
delegations This contract is not delegable by either party and is
made for the specific Organization event described above.

Force Majure Neither party shall be held responsible if the fulfillment of any terms or provisions of
this contract are delayed or prevented by revolutions or other disorders, wars, acts of enemies, fires, floods,
acts of God, or without limiting the foregoing, by any other cause not within the control of the party whose
performance is interfered with, and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the party is unable to prevent,
whether the class of causes is enumerated here or not. In this event, any deposit will be returned.

Severablility The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any term of this agreement does not affect the
validity of the remainder of the agreement.
